Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate or Graduate degree from a reputed and recognized university in refrigeration and air conditioning engineering, mechanical engineering, business, agriculture (with a focus on postharvest) or other relevant discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of six (6) years of experience working in relevant field. ?
∎ Experience in management and oversight of cold storage, multipurpose cold chain, pre-cooling, and/or frozen food plants facilities.
∎ Proven knowledge/expertise in the technical functionality of cold storage system for a variety of agricultural products, especially fruits and vegetables.
∎ Fluency in English and Bangla languages and demonstrated excellent capabilities in written, oral communication, and presentation skills.

Salary: Negotiable
