∎ RDRS Bangladesh is a leading national development organisation in Bangladesh working for the poor and underprivileged communities across the country with focus on north-west Bangladesh. Established in 1972 as the field programme of Lutheran World Federation, Geneva, RDRS became a national development organisation in 1997 under the Trust Act. RDRS provides development services to over 3 million households in 32 districts through its five major programme priorities - Skills, Employment & Entrepreneurship, Social Empowerment, Agriculture, Food Security & Climate Change, Microfinance and Emergency and Humanitarian Response.
∎ RDRS Bangladesh is seeking applications for the position of Upazila Program Officer (Incharge) for its Adolescent Program funded by PKSF.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Adolescent Club formation and supervision.
∎ Coordination with RDRS management.
∎ Reporting.
∎ Arrange to train the program participants on financial literacy and skill development.
∎ Prepare the profile of the client and prepare the loan proposal and disburse loan accordingly.
∎ Financial management.
∎ Liaison with local government and institutions.
∎ Carry out any other activities assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Having valid driving license

Salary:
∎ Tk. 23000 - 23500 (Monthly)
∎ Salary including all allowances

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ As per project budget.
