∎ Post-graduation, B.Ed./M.Ed. will be preferred

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise the activities of the Program Organizers, providing operational leadership, technical support, and managerial guidance to them.
∎ To prepare operational plans and periodic reports.
∎ Developing, organizing, and conducting training and workshops in order to share and disseminate project lessons and innovations.
∎ Overseeing the development of accurate and timely reports to the donors and other concerned authorities.
∎ To coordinate monthly action plans and team meetings.
∎ To participate in the process of the initial school mapping exercise and select target communities within the targeted areas.
∎ To ensure accurate financial and program reporting in accordance with the work plans and financial plans.
∎ To ensure proper supervision & monitoring for the smooth functioning of the project.
∎ Networking and coordination with Government and Non-Government Organizations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 04 years of professional background in Primary Education.
∎ Supervision experience of a minimum of 40-50 schools in any Reputed Organization.
∎ Minimum 4 years of working experience in a donor-funded project will be given preference.
∎ Proven experience in administration management issues
∎ Excellent Computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email, and internet browsing.
∎ To be gender-sensitive and to have sound knowledge of gender issues.
Salary:
∎ Consolidated Tk. 35,000-38,000 per month, and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
