Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee all project activities within program area.
∎ Supervise the team members, providing operational leadership, technical support, and managerial guidance.
∎ Organize and facilitate Programme Organizers and Teachers training in collaboration with Education Officers.
∎ Participate in initial school mapping exercise to select target communities within targeted areas.
∎ Collaborate on the development of Upazila stakeholder meetings, seminars, and workshops.
∎ Ensure accurate financial and program reporting to the Project Director in accordance with agreed-upon work plans and financial plans.
∎ Direct research studies and monitoring activities in the respective areas.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Candidates should have at least 4 years of working experience in the field of Non-formal Primary education with similar position.
∎ Having a valid motorcycle-driving license and good skill in report writing in English and Bengali.
∎ Basic computer skills in MS-Office.
∎ For more experienced candidates age limit is relaxed

Salary:
∎ Tk. 60,500 per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
