∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum of 3 years of working experience in NGOs or other Development Organizations in the relevant field.
∎ Experience in climate change and livelihood Programs will get preference.§  Having a valid motorcycle-driving license.§  Good skill in report writing in English and Bengali.§  Basic computer skills in MS Office.
∎ Age is relaxed for more experienced candidates.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) is a national voluntary social welfare organization. JCF is implementing Strengthening the resilience and adapting capacity of vulnerable groups and empowering civil society in the context of climate change in Bangladesh Project in Morrelgonj and Sharankhola Upazila of Bagerhat district supported by NETZ Partnership for Development and Justice. To ensure the quality implementation of the project, JCF intends to recruit project staff from qualified candidates of Bangladeshi nationals.
∎ §  To coordinate all program activities in a sub-district/Unit.§  To coordinate and establish all CSOs and visit the CSOs & secondary schools.§  To coordinate training activities for the target group.§  To coordinate dialogue meetings between civil society and authorities.§  To coordinate climate-resilient livelihood opportunities.§  To communicate with authorities and service providers.§  To manage and monitoring of program staff and their activities.§  To ensure pandemic-related protective measures at meetings.§  To follow the organization's Child Safeguarding, PSEA, Gender, and WB Policy.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Tk. 47,250 per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
