Job Responsibilities:
∎ To coordinate all program activities in a sub-district/Unit.
∎ To coordinate and establish all CSOs and visit the CSOs & secondary schools.
∎ To coordinate training activities for the target group.
∎ To coordinate dialogue meetings between civil society and authorities.
∎ To coordinate climate-resilient livelihood opportunities.
∎ To communicate with authorities and service providers.
∎ To manage and monitoring of program staff and their activities.
∎ To ensure pandemic-related protective measures at meetings.
∎ To follow the organization's Child Safeguarding, PSEA, Gender, and WB Policy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum of 3 years of working experience in NGOs or other Development Organizations in the relevant field. Experience in climate change and livelihood Programs will get preference.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 32,494 per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
