∎ B.Sc in Textiles in reputed institute (BUTEX, Ahsanullah, DU, SUST).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Management (Washing), WASHING
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Washing Factory

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with daily/ monthly production target;
∎ Work with quality standard is being met by forecasting and reviewing the result;
∎ Responsible for day-to-day operation;
∎ Give continuous guidance to the washing staff for machine utilization and target daily production;
∎ Make a continuous study of work improvement and give report to the higher authority;
∎ Ensure that all safety and right operation of the machine are followed by the team;
∎ Continuous study the cost saving of the Department specially the Chemicals Cost;
∎ Ensure good running conditions of the machines & equipment’s for uninterrupted work flow;
∎ Discuss with Manager for overall operational activities, planning and production;
∎ Plan the production & work to improve productivity and efficiency;
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 26 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills in both written and speaking in English
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office

Salary: Negotiable
