Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Organize and manage Umrah and Hajj packages, including travel, accommodation, and transportation logistics
∎ Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport services, and local vendors to secure bookings and negotiate rates
∎ Provide comprehensive guidance and support to pilgrims on visa requirements, travel guidelines, and religious rituals
∎ Must be aware of the Visa Application system (Nusuk) and ensure accurate and timely processing of visas
∎ Handle inquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues during the pilgrimage
∎ Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines from religious and governmental authorities
∎ Manage administrative tasks like processing visas and travel documents, and maintain accurate records
∎ Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote packages through online and offline channels
∎ Build relationships with community organizations and stakeholders, and organize informational sessions
∎ Lead and manage a team of assistants, guides, and volunteers for efficient service delivery
∎ Develop contingency plans for emergencies and act as the main point of contact during crises
∎ Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, with knowledge of Islamic rituals and requirements for Umrah and Hajj.
