Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a highly skilled and empathetic Outbound Call Center Agent with excellent English proficiency (both written and verbal) to serve as a vital communication bridge between care workers and clients. The primary role involves contacting care workers to gather updates, confirming their status, and relaying accurate information to clients in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

Communication with Care Workers:

Make outbound calls to care workers to confirm their status, shift details, and task updates.

Ensure all information collected is clear, concise, and accurately documented.

Client Updates:

Provide timely and professional updates to clients about care worker activities or schedule changes.

Respond to client inquiries and ensure their concerns are handled with empathy and efficiency.

Record Management:

Maintain precise and detailed logs of all calls, including care worker updates and client communications, in the system.

Ensure information is up-to-date and readily available for reporting or follow-up.

Problem Resolution:

Quickly identify and escalate issues related to care worker availability or delays to the appropriate team.

Offer clear and reassuring communication to clients during problem resolution.
