Responsibilities & Context:
Engage in professional outbound and inbound calls with UK-based prospects and customers; qualify leads, understand needs, and present solutions clearly and persuasively.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, conversions, demos/meetings booked, and revenue.
Build rapport and handle objections confidently while maintaining a positive, service-oriented tone.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM; prepare concise daily/weekly reports.
Coordinate with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from first contact to closure.
Follow call scripts and compliance guidelines; uphold brand standards in every interaction.
Adapt quickly to training, feedback, and new processes; contribute ideas to improve playbooks and performance.
Work UK business hours (9:00 AM–6:00 PM) and reliably meet attendance, punctuality, and productivity expectations in a WFH/WFO setup.
