• Age 22 to 30 years

• 3–4 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.

• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work across web and mobile applications.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and accessibility.

• Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools.Familiarity with basic design handoff processes for development teams.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Experience in SaaS or enterprise product design.

• Knowledge of usability testing platforms like Maze, Hotjar, or UserTesting.

• Experience creating design documentation and user journey maps.

Bdcallingit is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to turn ideas into elegant, functional designs that drive great user experiences.

•  Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.

  • Design wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes for web and mobile platforms.

  • Translate product requirements into intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing UI designs.

  • Work closely with product and development teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy.

  • Maintain and contribute to design systems, style guides, and component libraries.

  • Conduct UX audits and provide design improvement suggestions based on user feedback.

  • Ensure all designs follow usability and accessibility best practices.
