3–4 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work across web and mobile applications.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and accessibility.
Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools.Familiarity with basic design handoff processes for development teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience in SaaS or enterprise product design.
Knowledge of usability testing platforms like Maze, Hotjar, or UserTesting.
Experience creating design documentation and user journey maps.
Responsibilities & Context:
Bdcallingit is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to turn ideas into elegant, functional designs that drive great user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Design wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes for web and mobile platforms.
Translate product requirements into intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing UI designs.
Work closely with product and development teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy.
Maintain and contribute to design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
Conduct UX audits and provide design improvement suggestions based on user feedback.
Ensure all designs follow usability and accessibility best practices.
