Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking a highly motivated and organized UAT Manager to manage our User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software.
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ • Manage all aspects of the UAT process, from planning and execution to reporting and closure.
∎ • Possess strong UAT knowledge and experience using Azure for defect management.
∎ • Effectively present and advocate for identified defects during triage calls.
∎ • Participate in project meetings, capture action items, and follow up for completion.
∎ • Develop and manage project tasks from initiation to completion.
∎ • Coordinate with stakeholders across departments, demonstrating strong negotiation skills.
∎ • Monitor project progress, identify roadblocks, and implement solutions.
∎ • Create and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
∎ • Proactively follow up with stakeholders to address queries and ensure clarity on requirements.
∎ • Provide ongoing support for clarification of requirements and other inquiries.

∎ Qualifications:
∎ • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
∎ • 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a strong preference for UAT experience.
∎ • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
∎ • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools is a plus.
∎ • Insurance or financial services background is preferred.
