Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Engage with customers in the showroom, providing guidance on tyre selection and product features.
∎ Handle online inquiries Hotline Calls, and social media platforms.
∎ Monitoring and analyzing market prices.
∎ Process and manage online and in-store orders efficiently.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and promotions.
∎ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tyre products, pricing, and promotions.
∎ Ensure the showroom is well-organized and customer-friendly.
∎ Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
∎ Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
