∎ Modhumoty Group is a growing company in Bangladesh. Modhumoty is one of the growing businesses of manufacturing food (Spice, Mustard Oil, Chinigura rice, Atta, Maida, Suji, Various types of pickle, jam, jelly, etc.) & Toiletries brands in Bangladesh.
∎ Modhumoty Group is looking for an energetic, target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive person who have vast proven Sales & Marketing experience in FMCG.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales target short periodic, Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly, and Annual target set by the management . Make sales plan as per given sales target focusing on Sales & Marketing segments.
∎ Responsible for increasing business opportunities through various channels.
∎ Organize promotional activities and take initiatives for attracting customers.
∎ Be proactive in putting suggestions and actions to achieve the department's targets.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have a strong personality, positive attitude, and data management ability to prioritize tasks.
∎ Good communication & Negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and beyond office hours (if needed).
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical ability, and multitasking capacity.
∎ Must have the ability and willingness to drive the motorbike.
