Job Context:
∎ Job Location will be in Rupatoly,Barishal
∎ Must ensure stay with the Company for a minimum of 3 Years.
∎ Will be working with state of the art machinery.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Productivity Monitoring, Specification Check,
∎ Compare & enhance production;
∎ Compare production according to planning &
∎ countermeasures for deviations, if any;
∎ Process control & floor supervision;
∎ Ensuring the smooth running of workforce & machine;
∎ Ability to work with Hierarchy, Co-workers & Subordinates
∎ Create an Environment of continuous Improvement using Total Productive Maintenance Methodology

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 19 to 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Expected to work in both day and night shifts as and when required.
∎ Positive, Self-motivated, Honest, Dedicated & possessing a good memory.
∎ Result oriented, performance-driven, high initiative, problem-solving skills, and self-driven.
∎ Capable to work under pressure.
∎ possessing a positive attitude.
∎ Effective communication skills, negotiation skills & strong leadership ability.
