We are pleased to announce that Mannol Bangladesh OPC is hiring for the position of Tribology Engineer (Corporate Sales). This role is suited for a professional with strong technical understanding of lubrication and machinery operation, who will support industrial customers in selecting and applying lubricants for optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and product recommendations to industrial clients regarding lubricant selection and application

• Conduct on-site evaluations, lubrication system audits, and wear analysis for customer machinery

• Develop and maintain relationships with key industrial clients, maintenance teams, and procurement departments

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product training sessions

• Support corporate sales activities through technical expertise and solution-based selling

• Prepare performance reports, field service documentation, and customer feedback summaries

• Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automobile or industrial machinery sector

• Strong understanding of lubrication technology, wear behavior, and mechanical component performance

• Ability to interpret machine operating conditions and recommend appropriate lubricant solutions

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
