- Experience: 3-5+ years of proven experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development.

- Exceptional Presentation Skills: Must be a confident and articulate public speaker with a proven ability to create and deliver professional presentations (high proficiency in MS PowerPoint is essential).
- Professional Acumen: A high degree of professionalism, corporate etiquette, and a polished appearance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bengali.
- English Proficiency: Strong command of the English language, with the ability to communicate effectively in professional and business contexts (both written and spoken).
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to close deals.
- Attitude: Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and articulate Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Corporate Sales who excels at building B2B relationships through exceptional presentation and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will be a polished professional responsible for identifying and securing corporate clients. This role is heavily focused on strategic pitching, delivering compelling product presentations, and representing the Mannol brand in high-level corporate meetings, rather than traditional field sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Deliver Presentations: Design and deliver high-impact, persuasive presentations to prospective corporate clients (e.g., transport fleets, manufacturing plants, construction companies, corporate partners) detailing Mannol's product benefits and technical specifications.
- Client Pitching: Act as the primary point of contact for corporate client acquisition. Proactively identify, engage, and "pitch" to key decision-makers (Procurement Heads, Fleet Managers, COOs).
- B2B Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met and understood.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments of potential clients to understand their operational requirements and tailor product solutions and proposals accordingly.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute a corporate sales strategy aimed at achieving ambitious growth targets.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports for management on sales activity, pipeline status, and market feedback.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations on proposals, pricing, and contract terms with corporate accounts.
