Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree, Hon's from a reputed university (Marketing, International Relations, Hospitality Management, Travels & Tourism).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sells and coordinates transportation, accommodations, insurance, tours and activities.222
∎ Advises clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather and activities.
∎ Collects payments, books travel arrangements and pays applicable fees.
∎ Handles travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancelations and refunds.
∎ Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
∎ Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business; responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
∎ Representing their company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
∎ Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system;
∎ Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
∎ Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;
∎ Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
∎ Provide our clients with the best travels, tours & holiday package deals.
∎ To ensure generating revenue by Selling Holiday Packages for the domestic and outbound tour
∎ Achieve the assigned sales targets.
∎ Plan, describe, arrange, and sell itinerary tour packages, Holiday Package and promotional travel incentives offered by various travel carriers.
∎ Communicate with Tourism Companies and Agencies
∎ Submit regular sales reports and updates
∎ Selling our online booking engine (Nationally & Internationally)
∎ Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation and understanding account requirements
∎ Effectively maintaining and retaining existing customers by building long-term relationships.
∎ Act as a link between your customer and the internal teams.
∎ Participate in preparing the sales plan with the Business developer.
∎ Being responsible for account managing, sustaining and maximizing revenues from named key accounts.
∎ Conducting Sales visits, solution demonstrations and presentations
∎ Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
∎ Build long-term relationships with existing, as well as, new clients.
∎ Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information
∎ Post information, file documents and maintain paper and computer records management/file systems
∎ Provide service to customers by answering questions, providing information, making referrals and assuring appropriate follow-through and/or resolution.
∎ Maintain statistical and financial records
∎ Network with tour operators
∎ Finalized sales for packages, delivering tour information and answering the queries of the clients.
∎ Meet the target and chase relentlessly to exceed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ IATA with Travel and Tourism Diploma.
∎ Good convincing power.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Good Communication skills in English Hindi, Both Spoken Written.
∎ A self-starter attitude with a confident and personable nature.
∎ Willing to travel to key markets for monthly sales trips and events.
∎ Fluent in English, and in addition mandarin would also be desirable.
∎ Knowledge of different countries and their tourist spots.
∎ Ability to stay calm under pressure.
∎ Minimum 3-4 year's experience in Tours, Travels & Holiday Company.
∎ 2-4 years of experience in selling Holiday Packages, Visa Package, Tours & Travel Package.
∎ A track record of sales within inbound tour industry.
∎ Experience managing and motivating a team within a senior sales management position.
