Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree, Hon's or Masters in any discipline
∎ Training/Trade Course: IATA, ATAB, Reservation, Ticketing.
∎ Skills Required: Airline Ticket Reservation, Computer skill, GDS (Galileo Travel port) GDS SYSTEM, Refund, Reissue, Reservation/ Ticketing.
∎ Degree/Diploma in hotel management or aviation preferred.

Job Context:
∎ Need not to apply if not having adequate experience.
∎ Looking for detail-oriented air ticket reservation consultant to assist our customers with their booking needs. You will provide various planning and booking services, including answering customers `questions, making travel suggestions, and booking tickets.
∎ You must be able to work with minimal supervision and have excellent customer service skills. Additionally, you should be able to up-sell and have excellent knowledge of deals and service available to customers.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ A reservation manager is responsible for providing travel information, itineraries and prices, handling customer complaints or concern, counselling clients on terms and conditions of travel or making reservations and sending out confirmation notice.
∎ Responsible for managing flight bookings and reservations for passenger.
∎ Handling customer enquiries and support request promptly, efficiently and effectively.
∎ Advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options.
∎ Doing reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
∎ Looking for availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers' desired travel dates.
∎ Promoting & selling reservation services.
∎ Supporting customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
∎ Relationship management with third-party ticket brokers and other outlets where tickets can be purchased
∎ Knowledge of or experience with box office or related work and computerized ticketing software.
∎ Determines whether space is available on travel dates requested by customer.
∎ Maintain and develop relationships with Airlines and service providers to ensure our clients always get the best attention, both before & during travel period.
∎ Provide customers with travel suggestions and information sources, such as guides, directories, brochures, and maps.
∎ Inform clients of essential travel information, such as travel times, transportation connections, and medical and visa requirements.
∎ Collaboration with the marketing team on pricing and initiatives such as ticket sales.
∎ Assist with schedule changes & documentation re-issues.
∎ Plans route and computes ticket cost, using schedules, rate books, and computer.
∎ Answers inquiries
∎ Help passengers by answering questions on travel arrangements.
∎ Helping passengers to plan for their trips.
∎ Develop annual & quarterly sales strategy working closely with revenue, marketing front desk teams.
∎ Directs and coordinates flight reservations activities through subordinate supervisory Personnel.
∎ Reviews flight reservation reports, related statistical data.
∎ Reviews performance evaluations on reservations personnel and initiates personnel actions as required.
∎ Directs investigation of customer complaints regarding reservation services and prepares correspondence designed to improve customer relations.
∎ Endeavors to resolve personnel grievances and submits unresolved grievances to higher authority
∎ Make and confirm reservations for transportation and accommodations, using telephones, mail, and computers etc.
∎ Answer inquiries regarding information such as schedules, accommodations, procedures, and policies.
∎ Explain regulations, policies, or procedures.
∎ Prepare customer invoices, accept payment & sending confirmation details to customers.
∎ Assist and liaise with other internal teams and departments concerning any Ticketing & Documentation matters
∎ Analyze and monitor customer satisfaction levels and make recommendations to continuously adapt and improve the Customer Journey
∎ Ensure 100% customer satisfaction at all points on our Customer Journey
∎ Recruit & train new staffs, delegate tasks, renew schedules and handle the influx of reservations and ticketing.
∎ Supervise billing arrangements.
∎ Oversee ticketing & reservations stuff in their duties.
∎ Re-book tickets & other arrangements.
∎ Meet the target and chase relentlessly to exceed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong communication skills, and be persistent in their approach.
∎ 7 to 8 years' experience in relevant sector in reputed companies.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area (s): Air ticketing & Reservation, Airline ticket reservation, hotel booking, good knowledge of GDS (Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus, Abacus), GDS SYSTEM, Reservation/ Ticketing, Tourism, Tours and Travel Agency, Work as a travel agency or relevant work
∎ Age 31 years. Not more than 40 years.
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.

∎ Strong leadership skills.
∎ Positive mindset.
∎ Good team-work skills.
∎ Strong communication skill.
