Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the work of office, administrative, or customer service employees to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems.
∎ Provide employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems or in resolving escalated complaints or disputes.
∎ Implement corporate or departmental policies, procedures, and service standards in conjunction with management.
∎ Discuss job performance problems with employees to identify causes and issues and to work on resolving problems.
∎ Train or instruct employees in job duties or company policies or arrange for training to be provided.
∎ Evaluate employees' job performance and conformance to regulations and recommend appropriate personnel action.

∎ Analyze sales data, pricing strategies, and market trends to optimize profitability.
∎ Identify, establish, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, including hotels, airlines, transportation companies, and tour operators.
∎ Resolve customer complaints or answer customers' questions regarding policies and procedures
∎ Monitor inventory levels and requisition or purchase supplies as needed.
∎ Plan for or coordinate office services, such as equipment or supply acquisition or organization, disposal of assets, relocation, parking, maintenance, or security services.
∎ Keep informed of provisions of labor-management agreements and their effects on departmental operations.
∎ Coordinate or perform activities associated with shipping, receiving, distribution, or transportation.
∎ Plan layouts of stockrooms, warehouses, or other storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight, or related factors pertaining to items stored.
∎ sell travel products and tour packages
∎ source products and destinations to meet consumer demands for bespoke travel and sustainable tourism
∎ take part in familiarization visits to new destinations, to gather information on issues and amenities of interest to consumers
∎ liaison with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules, often a year in advance
∎ Deal with customer enquiries and aim to meet their expectations
∎ implement alternative and innovative ideas for achieving new business
∎ oversee the smooth, efficient running of the business
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their holiday preferences, and anticipating their needs.
∎ Liaison with embassies, consulates, and visa service providers to ensure accurate and timely visa processing.
∎ Keep up-to-date with visa requirements, regulations, and changes in immigration policies.
∎ Negotiate favorable contracts, rates, and terms with vendors, suppliers abroad & inside country to ensure competitive pricing and quality services.
∎ Partnering with companies having same business within the country and abroad.
∎ Meet the target and chase relentlessly to exceed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ 8 to 9 years job experience in the relevant areas. Working in a corporate house of same business.
∎ Knowledge about Tours, Holiday Package, Ticketing, and tourist visa processing. Here are the additional knowledge requirements for the role:
∎ In-depth understanding of the Holiday Package, Ticketing processes.
∎ Knowledge of visa requirements, documentation, and application forms specific to different destinations.
∎ Familiarity with visa application submission processes, appointment scheduling, and biometric data collection.
∎ Knowledge of visa categories, such as tourist visas, business visas, student visas, and visa-free travel provisions.
∎ Must be able to communicate clearly with team members and clients.
∎ Organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines. The ability to solve problems, handle unexpected situations, and make quick decisions is important in the dynamic travel industry.
∎ An awareness of the current trends in travel (e.g. sustainable tourism) and knowledge of popular and upcoming destinations is also important.
