Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Lead Generation:

    • Identify and target potential customers (e.g., FIT,GIT,MICE, corporate accounts, event organizers, or agencies) through outbound sales strategies (calls, emails, etc.).

    • Research and qualify leads to ensure they meet the company's criteria for B2B offerings.

    • Maintain and update a lead pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of prospects.

  • Sales Pitch & Presentations:

    • Present Trip Narrative's offerings (e.g., business travel packages, group bookings, corporate discounts) to potential clients.

    • Customize travel solutions based on the client’s needs and present compelling proposals.

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and nurture strong relationships with business and Individual clients, offering personalized service and consistent follow-ups.

    • Address inquiries, negotiate terms, and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.

    • Manage travel documentation, bookings, and customer inquiries

  • Sales Reporting & CRM Management:

    • Use the tools to track interactions, log sales progress, and forecast future sales.

    • Provide weekly/monthly sales reports to senior sales staff and management.

  • Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, marketing, customer service) to ensure smooth delivery of travel services.

    • Work closely with marketing to align sales and promotional efforts for B2B clients.
