Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Lead Generation:
Identify and target potential customers (e.g., FIT,GIT,MICE, corporate accounts, event organizers, or agencies) through outbound sales strategies (calls, emails, etc.).
Research and qualify leads to ensure they meet the company's criteria for B2B offerings.
Maintain and update a lead pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of prospects.
Sales Pitch & Presentations:
Present Trip Narrative's offerings (e.g., business travel packages, group bookings, corporate discounts) to potential clients.
Customize travel solutions based on the client’s needs and present compelling proposals.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with business and Individual clients, offering personalized service and consistent follow-ups.
Address inquiries, negotiate terms, and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.
Manage travel documentation, bookings, and customer inquiries
Sales Reporting & CRM Management:
Use the tools to track interactions, log sales progress, and forecast future sales.
Provide weekly/monthly sales reports to senior sales staff and management.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, marketing, customer service) to ensure smooth delivery of travel services.
Work closely with marketing to align sales and promotional efforts for B2B clients.
