Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration (preferred).
Professional certification in Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo GDS is mandatory.
Additional training in IATA Foundation / Airline Ticketing / Travel Operations is an advantage.
Professional Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in reservation, ticketing, or operations in a travel agency, OTA, or airline office.
Proven knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport).
Experience in handling FIT, GIT, and corporate travel bookings is preferred.
Core Skills:
Technical Proficiency: Strong command of GDS systems, fare calculation, and ticketing processes.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in fare rules, itinerary building, and PNR handling.
Customer Service: Exceptional communication and problem-solving ability.
Operational Efficiency: Quick turnaround in managing multiple bookings simultaneously.
Industry Knowledge: Familiar with airline policies, IATA procedures, and travel documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Reservation & Ticketing Operations
o Manage flight reservations, fare searches, and ticket issuance using GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).
o Process reissues, refunds, cancellations, and itinerary modifications promptly.
o Coordinate hotel, transport, and ancillary bookings as per client requests.
o Ensure all reservations adhere to airline and supplier policies, fare rules, and company SOPs.
Client Interaction & Support
o Communicate clearly with customers to confirm travel details, itineraries, and booking options.
o Provide accurate fare quotations, visa requirements, and travel documentation guidance.
o Handle urgent or last-minute booking adjustments efficiently and professionally.
o Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through personalized and proactive service.
Coordination & Documentation
o Work closely with the Sales, Visa, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth trip execution and documentation flow.
o Maintain updated booking logs, supplier invoices, and ticket issuance records.
o Prepare daily and weekly reports on ticketing performance, cancellations, and outstanding PNRs.
Supplier & Airline Liaison
o Communicate with airlines, consolidators, and other partners for fare support, seat confirmation, and group bookings.
o Manage BSP, ADM/ACM-related issues in coordination with the finance team.
Compliance & Accuracy
o Follow company guidelines for pricing, commissions, and refund processes.
o Stay updated on airline policies, fare changes, and promotional offers.
o Ensure compliance with IATA, ATAB, and Trip Narrative’s operational standards.
Monthly Incentive as per company Policy
