Education:

• Bachelor/Honors

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (Graduate) in any discipline

• Preference will be given to candidates with education-related or international exposure background

• Minimum 3 years of experience in student visa consultancy/education counselings

• Experience working with international universities or education agencies will be an added advantage

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Bangla)

• Good knowledge of MS Office and online application systems

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

• Strong understanding of international education systems and visa procedures

• Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach

• Identify and engage prospective students interested in studying abroad and actively contribute to expanding the market reach

• Drive student recruitment initiatives through both online and offline channels

• Provide professional counselings to students regarding study abroad opportunities (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.)

• Assist students in selecting suitable universities and programs based on their academic background and career goals

• Guide students through the entire application process (admission, documentation, offer letters)

• Handle student visa processing, including documentation, SOP guidance, and interview preparation

• Maintain regular communication with universities and partner institutions

• Stay updated with visa rules, immigration policies, and university requirements

• Conduct follow-ups with prospective students and maintain client database

• Provide pre-departure briefing and post-visa support

• Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets
