Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Bachelor/Honors
• Diploma

• Graduate from a recognized educational institute or diploma in travel/tourism

• At least 5 years

Technical / Professional Requirements: 

• Should be able to demonstrate competency in operating AMADEUS/GALILEO
• Should be able to demonstrate product knowledge of key airlines.
• Should be able to demonstrate product knowledge of preparing package tours
• Should be able to demonstrate good knowledge in geography.
• Should be able to calculate fares and costs accurately and reissue tickets.

Experience Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a reputed travel agency.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Must be KPI driven. 
• Must be able to demonstrate good English speaking and writing skills.
• Must be presentable and with good personal hygiene.
• Must be physically fit.
• Must have a good personality. 
• Must be a team player and must have good interpersonal skills.

Job Location: "Erectors House" 18 Kemal Ataturk Avenue, Banani C/A, Dhaka 1213 (but posting maybe transferable to other companies within the Group.) 

Job Responsibilities:

• Flight planning and accurate fare calculations. 
• Holiday package planning and cost calculations.
• Hotel reservations and cost calculations.
• Vehicle rental bookings.
• Coordination with B2B
• Customer care.

Salary will be as per candidate`s qualification and experience.
