Job Context
We are seeking a competent and experienced Transport & Logistics Officer to efficiently manage transportation, fleet operations, and logistics coordination to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily transport operations and logistics activities
Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of company vehicles
Coordinate vehicle scheduling, routing, and driver assignments
Monitor fuel consumption and maintain accurate transport records
Liaise with internal departments for logistics support and timely delivery
Ensure compliance with transport policies, safety standards, and legal requirements
Handle vehicle documentation, registration, insurance, and fitness certificates
Maintain discipline and performance of drivers and transport staff
Prepare reports on transport efficiency, cost control, and improvements
