Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social science and must have B.Ed./M.Ed.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
∎ Translate requirements into training that will groom employees for the next step of their career path.
∎ Develop an annual training program and its implementation.
∎ Develop Training module
∎ Having the capacity to deliver training independently
∎ Develop/oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manuals.
∎ Provide strategic direction for structured learning experiences and monitor their uality results.
∎ Adapt new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions.
∎ Deliver training courses.
∎ Assess training effectiveness to ensure the incorporation of skills and techniques into employee's work behavior.
∎ Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure the quality of implementation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Minimum of 10 years of working experience in NGOs or other Development Organizations.
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience in training need assessment, module preparation, conducting, monitoring and evaluation of the training courses and have working experience in the education program.
∎ Proven experience in team management and excellent troubleshooting capability.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Knowledge of local language will be an asset.
∎ Basic computer skills on MS-Office.
∎ Having a valid motorcycle driving license
∎ Ability to work under pressure
Salary:
∎ Tk. 66,000/- per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
