Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Science/MPH /Nutrition Science or equivalent
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Name of Project: ICVGD Project funded by WFP
∎ Job Location: NDP Head Office .
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop annual, six monthly, quarterly and monthly activities plan
∎ Prepare monthly field implementation plan with budget
∎ Identify potential stakeholders and develop relevant implementation strategies
∎ To train newly recruited staff
∎ To carry out supportive supervision, monitoring and motivation of staff
∎ Plan and implementation appropriate training for staff
∎ Ensure that essential monitoring mechanisms are in place
∎ Ensure that performance indicators in nutrition and FS are properly measured and meet within the different interventions
∎ Make sure that the team follows the logistics programme
∎ Manage activity budget, control and report on time to respective authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ At least 10 years working experience as a senior level trainer and implementing livelihoods ,micro-financial project
∎ Clear conception/understanding on human resource development technique
∎ Skill in speaking and report writing in English
∎ Proven competencies to work with MS-word/Excel,
∎ Should have valid motorcycle driving license
Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
