Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters in Nutrition Science or relevant subject from any reputed educational institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Training planning and implementation on nutritional issue:
∎ Develop tools for training need assessment on child and mother’s health and nutrition.
∎ Prepare annual and quarterly training plan for nutrition component.
∎ Development training module and training materials on the nutrition issue
∎ Review of training materials and plans developed by project staff and ensure incorporation of nutrition aspects in the relevant training, meetings and discussions
∎ Conduction of training/seminar/workshops on nutrition issue.
∎ Prepare training module and design training materials and tools necessary for training.
∎ Assisting in making annual training budget
∎ Conduct and organize training ToTand orientation to staff on nutrition.
∎ Guide the project staff to implement nutritional related issues
∎ Regular follow up nutrition training programme at field level.
∎ Initiative and ensure positive learning environment in training procedure.
∎ Collect training information from projects andprepare reports.
∎ Develop and establishment of billboard
∎ Celebrate international day on nutrition week, early marriage, etc.
∎ Planning:
∎ Develop annual, six-monthly, quarterly and monthly training and activity plan
∎ Identify potential stakeholders and develop relevant implementation strategies for nutrition component
∎ Capacity Building:
∎ To provide training to staff and government officials on nutrition issue
∎ To carry out supportive, monitoring and motivation of the project staff
∎ Training follow-up:
∎ Follow-up of trainings, meetings and nutrition related sessions
∎ Ensure that performance indicators in nutrition are properly measured.
∎ Financial management:
∎ Prepare training budget and ensure records of proper expenditure
∎ Adjust bill/voucher in time
∎ Documentation and Reporting:
∎ Prepare training reports and submit to UC.
∎ Capture learning from field, especially nutrition improvement related stories.
∎ Assist in preparing project’s monthly quarterly and annual reports
∎ Prepare case studies /success stories on program intervention, especially nutrition related interventions.
∎ Prepare other reports as per requirements.
∎ Other tasks:
∎ Other activities as per project need.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 3 years working experience in implementation of nutrition related projects.
∎ Age below or equal to 40 years
∎ Proven experience on training planning and implementation on nutrition, mother & child health.
∎ Clear conception/understanding on child nutrition.
∎ Skill in speaking and report writing in English.
∎ Experience of working with government department and provide training to government officials.
∎ Computer skill on MS word, excel, power point and others.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 36,750/= and other project benefits.
