∎ Duration: Duration of the contract will be up to September 30,2024

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in designing and conducting training or development interventions with capacity building inputs
∎ Ability to team building and can perform well under pressure.
∎ Knowledgeable on RMG sector
∎ Strong facilitation background including participatory planning, organizing and community mobilization.
∎ Ability to team building and can perform well under pressure.
∎ Ability to coordinate with project partners, counterparts and other stakeholders.
∎ Good communication skill in both verbal and written in Bangla and English.
∎ Good understanding on Gender
