Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Science, Psychology, and Relevant Subject
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have experience with facilitating group and on-the-job training in the area of Child Protection, Gender, and PSEA
∎ Experience in coaching, training, and developing staff and volunteers in order to build long-term capacity and create ownership.
∎ Experience in designing and conducting gender and diversity assessments, and community consultations
∎ Experience in facilitating training process into Project/Programs
∎ Good knowledge of protection, gender, and inclusion issues in emergency response operations, including SGBV, anti-trafficking, and child protection.
∎ Team player, with the ability to coordinate and engage others and build good working relationships with internal Units.
∎ Strong written, presentation, facilitation, and training skills.
∎ Ability to develop training modules and organize training, workshops, etc.
∎ Fluently spoken and written English.
∎ Fluently spoken and written Bangla, a good understanding of Chattogram/Cox’s Bazar dialect.
∎ Follow the organization's Child Protection & PSEA Policy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have at least 3 years of relevant working experience in any reputed NGO.
∎ Having a valid motorcycle driving license.
∎ Basic computer skills on MS Office and MS-Excel.
∎ Knowledge of the local language will be an asset.
Salary:
∎ Consolidated Tk. 61,600 per month and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
