Job Context:
∎ We require a well experienced Training Manager having an F&B background to train staff as per 5 star hotel service standards.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Train Staff on soft skills and other relevant areas.
∎ Identify departmental trainers and mobilise daily, weekly trainings.
∎ Aware of 5 star hotel training modules.
∎ Conduct operational daily audits and report to the GM.
∎ Motivate employees to train and perform for service excellence.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
Salary: Negotiable
