Job Context:
∎ Incumbent will be responsible to provide on-the-job training of Sewing Machine Maintenance to un-skilled and semi-skilled workers and assess the overall effectiveness of training program.
∎
∎ Must have machine maintenance experience with automation (Sip Italy, VI.BE.Mac)
∎
∎ Note: Sri Lankan candidates who are currently working in Bangladesh may apply only.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Produce skilled manpower in the field of Industrial Sewing Machine Mechanic
∎ Train workers to acquire the operating skills and knowledge of Sewing Machine Mechanic, their function, lubrication, minor faults and remedies.
∎ Provide training of repair and maintenance of all types of sewing machines.
∎ Improve the skill level of workers in sewing machine maintenance.
∎ Monitor Efficacy during the training and onwards.
∎ Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior.

∎ Duty Times: 8 Hours
