Job Context:
∎ Incumbent will be responsible to analyse cost efficiency of production methods and develop cost curtailing processes. Plan, coordinate and control manufacturing processes to ensure that goods are produced efficiently at the right cost and meets customers quality standards.
∎ Note: Sri Lankan candidates who are currently working in Bangladesh may apply only.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Involve in productivity analysis and estimate line capacity for all new development styles based on garment samples and propose strategies to reduce labor cost with quality production.
∎ Perform Time & Motion Study of all Production processes.
∎ Analyse data and set benchmark for monthly trends of KPIs, release style operation bulletin, line layout and thread consumption chart based on scheduled plan.
∎ Align department wise Manpower requirement rationalization based on target strength ratio.
∎ Coordinate with departmental heads while planning for allocation of similar styles, capacity plan and line plan.
∎ Assist factory manager in cutting and finishing plan based on delivery priority.
∎ Coordinate with Human Resource department for training progress (tech training and soft skills training).
∎ Audit factory and lines to ensure the operation bulletin and line layout are followed by Line In charge / Supervisor.
∎ Monitor and audit activities of IE department.
∎ Take Initiative for lean manufacturing methodologies and analyze scope of implementation in respective factory.
