Job Context:
∎ Incumbent will be responsible to oversee mechanical issues of all types of sewing machines, mechanical adjustment, timing & necessary troubleshooting in coordination with factory maintenance staff all over the group.
∎ Note: Sri Lankan candidates who are currently working in Bangladesh may apply only.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reports to MD/COO
∎ Candidate must know to fix all types of sewing machines including automation.
∎ Any complaint to be attended on urgent / priority basis.
∎ Take preventive measures to avoid machine break down.
∎ Maintain log sheets for all machines including record of maintenance and aging.
∎ Ensure that all instruments and devices are stored in secured and safe areas to protect them from damages, deterioration and environmental hazards.
∎ Provide training and supervision to maintenance staff.
∎ Propose and implement cost effective maintenance processes.

∎ Duty Times: 8 Hours
