Job Responsibilities:
∎ Train the fresh trainees on sewing machine operation, process, fabric, accessories, method, and motion, on hand.
∎ Train existing operators on sewing machine operation, process, fabric, accessories, method, and motion, to enhance their skill.
∎ Monitor progress of trainees, provide the report to management and take appropriate action.
∎ Maintain training center equipment and machineries.
∎ Communicate training manager to conduct soft skill sessions at the scheduled time.
∎ Maintain a complete database of past and existing trainees.
∎ Conduct on-demand training basing on floor requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 4-6 years' experience working in a Jacket/Blazer.
∎ Must know all sort of sewing operation.

Salary: Negotiable
