Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all aspects of training programs, workshops, and courses.
Communicate with trainers, participants, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Handle administrative tasks like scheduling, attendance tracking, and maintaining participant records.
Promote training programs through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and direct outreach.
Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including venue booking, equipment setup, and material preparation.
Collect feedback from participants and trainers to evaluate and improve the quality of programs.
Prepare and present reports on training activities and outcomes.
Cash received and deposit.
Experience Requirements:
At least 2-7 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a training institute, educational institution, or corporate training department.
Additional Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with online learning platforms (e.g., Google Classroom, Zoom) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
