∎ Job Summary: Prottyashi, A social development organization has been responding the Rohingya Crisis in Cox`s Bazar since the crisis started and currently is going to implement project in the host community of Ukhiya with the funding of International Organization of Migration (IOM). Prottyashi invites applications for the vacant position titled- Training Hub Manager (THM) for "Engaging Host Community People into Income Generating Activities (IGAs) in Cox`s Bazar District" Project.
∎ Reporting: Training Hub Manager will report to Livelihood Coordinator of the project. S/He has to maintain functional relationship with his/her peers, project teams and organization`s other priority teams. S/He must be able to communicate with other teams and units both program and operational of the organization.
∎ Date of Recruitment Test: 20/01/2020
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee overall activities of the training hub as a core responsible person.
∎ Manage disciplinary processes, consistent with organizational policy.
∎ Based on project design and plan, implement training programs that will prepare the participants for employment generation.
∎ Operate within the established budget and timeline.
∎ Keeping record of the daily activities of the training hub.
∎ Maintaining work order of the market vendors and ensure timely delivery of the products.
∎ Maintain communication among participants of training hub and third party training vendor to keep the employment activities on track.
∎ Coordinating the product flow between training hub and production and innovation hubs.
∎ Avail all the technical and supply requirements for the training.
∎ Encourage participants on training.
∎ Track participants' success and progress.
∎ Oversee participants' attendance and performance.
∎ Manage the production and of project marketing material in collaboration with business development officer.
∎ Selecting and managing resources, including working with both internal and training vendor to develop and deliver training.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in managing production unit of a fashion house for at least 03 years.
∎ Experience in supply chain management
∎ Technical Skills:
∎ Skill of photography
∎ Should have proficiency in English to prepare reports and other technical formats.
Salary:
∎ Monthly Gross Salary will be 40,525
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Contributory provident fund and 2 Festival Bonus. Regular traveling and communication bill.
