∎ B. Sc. in Engineering or Master's degree in any discipline; preferably in education, psychology, human resources, etc.
∎ At least 02 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in delivering soft skills training programs.
∎ CBT&A Level - IV or Level - V certification would be an added advantage.
∎ Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
∎ Experience in conducting training needs assessments and designing customized training programs.
∎ Proficient in MS Office package.
∎ The Age limit for the applicant would be maximum 35 years. Management has the right to make exceptions based on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct assessments to identify the soft skills training needs of youth beneficiaries.
∎ Gather information through surveys, interviews, and focus groups to determine specific skill gaps and areas for improvement.
∎ Analyze assessment results and provide recommendations for designing and customizing training programs.
∎ Design and develop comprehensive soft skills training programs aligned with the project's objectives and target audience.
∎ Develop training materials, resources, and interactive activities to facilitate skill development.
∎ Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on various soft skills topics, such as communication, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and time management.
∎ Utilize effective instructional techniques, including presentations, group discussions, role-plays, case studies, and experiential learning exercises.
∎ Maintain necessary documentation for trainees records.
∎ Provide constructive feedback to participants on their soft skills performance, behavior, and communication styles.
∎ Maintain close communication with Project Officer.
∎ Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through various assessment methods, including participant feedback, pre and post-training evaluations, and skill demonstrations.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and research in soft skills development.
∎ Share insights and contribute to the continuous improvement of the training program and curriculum.
∎ Support the UCEP program to carry out the project output with collaboration with other components.
∎ Job Purpose: The Trainer - Soft Skills will play a vital role in the implementation of the USAID-funded USAID Bijoyee Project at UCEP Bangladesh. The trainer will be responsible for helping individuals develop non-technical, interpersonal, and behavioral skills required to succeed in the workplace and in life.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Training Needs Assessment:

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Monthly Salary: BDT. 26,250/-,   All applicable taxes will be deducted as per the organizational policies and relevant country laws.
∎ Compensation & Benefits: Provident Fund (PF), Gratuity, Festival Bonus, Group Insurance, Weekly 02 Holidays etc.
