∎ Design and develop comprehensive soft skills training programs aligned with the project's objectives and target audience.
∎ Develop training materials, resources, and interactive activities to facilitate skill development.
∎ Ensure training programs are culturally appropriate, gender-sensitive, and accessible to diverse groups of participants.
∎ Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on various soft skills topics, such as communication, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and time management.
∎ Utilize effective instructional techniques, including presentations, group discussions, role-plays, case studies, and experiential learning exercises.
∎ Adapt training delivery methods to accommodate different learning styles and participant backgrounds.
∎ Maintain necessary documentation for trainees records.

∎ Nature of Job: Project Staff.
∎ Job Purpose: The Trainer - Soft Skills will play a vital role in the implementation of the USAID Bijoyee Project at UCEP Bangladesh. The trainer will be responsible for helping individuals develop non-technical, interpersonal, and behavioral skills required to succeed in the workplace and in life. The trainer will assess training needs, develop training programs, deliver training sessions, provide feedback, evaluate training effectiveness, and stay updated with the latest trends in soft skills development.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Monthly BDT. 25,000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand).
∎ Income Tax or any other statutory deductions will be as per government rules and UCEP policies.
