∎ At least 03 years of relevant experience, preferably in training & facilitation of entrepreneurship/ business development.

∎ Training/ToT on Entrepreneurship Development/Business Management from SIYB/SME Foundation will be treated as extra quality.
∎ Have experience working with youth, micro-entrepreneurs, and underprivileged target groups.
∎ Good operating skills in the Microsoft Office package.
∎ Should have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English & Bangla.
∎ Ability to market linkage and business incubation support (Private sector engagement, access to finance, and business associations).
∎ Clear understanding of project deliverables, monitoring, and reporting.
∎ Ability to develop a module, curriculum, and presentation for Entrepreneurship Development Training (EDT), soft skills, etc.
∎ Self-motivated, adaptable, and team player.
∎ Ability and willingness to travel frequently.
∎ The age limit for the applicant would be maximum 40 years. Management has the right to make exceptions based on qualifications.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Facilitate sessions on growth mindset, emotional intelligence, team building, adaptability, networking & collaboration, business management & entrepreneurship development with leadership & healthy role modeling to youth.
∎ Establish linkage with local enterprises and entrepreneurs and other relevant stakeholders for employment (self and wage) creation and take feedback from the employers and apprentices regarding training & employment.
∎ Assist the Business Management trainees in developing Business Plans and monitor & mentor the trainees during their employment.
∎ Check attendance records, quality of training, beneficiary grievances, progress on the business plan, and future aspirations.
∎ Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, training, and other community mobilization programs.
∎ Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly progress reports on time; and
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Promote and contribute to ongoing efforts towards gender equity, child protection, inclusiveness, accessibility, and discrimination-free environment in the workplace and operations/activities/plans.
∎ To maintain confidentiality of information, documents, and other internal and external communications.
∎ To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor as and when necessary.
∎ Nature of Job: Project Staff.
∎ Job Purpose: Increased equitable access to employment and entrepreneurship opportunities: Considering the varying vulnerabilities and needs of adolescent girls and young women, the project will have interventions for adolescent girls between ages 13-16 who are in, and out of, school as well as targeted interventions for young women between the age of 17-25 who are not in school, In short Girls' Education and Skills Programme (GESP) Project.
∎ The project will provide market-driven skill training for young women to meet the varying needs and challenges of marginalized young women. This includes vocational training through outreach centers, blended model, mentorship model and referral services. These different models will accommodate different interests, constraints, and capacities of the targeted young women especially child marriage and/or Sexual and Gender Based Violence (SGBV) survivors. The project will ensure that adolescent girls can use the P2E platform to develop skills and receive training and certification needed to secure in-demand roles and access opportunities for improved livelihoods. The proposed project will pilot recreational play facilities for children of young women participating in the training sessions to ensure a participation and increased attendance at the training sessions. The project will also build capacity of young women on entrepreneurship skills and establish entrepreneurship hubs, where young women will be able to access information, advice and resources to support them to become entrepreneurs.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Trainer of Entrepreneurship Development is responsible for facilitating how to gain confidence and move forward in life and support to economic empowerment of youth, micro-entrepreneurs, and underprivileged target groups. The Officer will be accountable for delivering life skills and entrepreneurship development sessions and monitoring the program participants. The duties and responsibilities of the Officer, of Entrepreneurship Development are as follows:
