Job Context:
∎ TECHNO SOLUTIONS & SERVICES LIMITED is a leading ICT Training Center. Currently ERED is looking for some Energetic & Experienced Trainers (Digital Marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)) for "ESTABLISHMENT OF SHEIKH KAMAL IT TRAINING & INCUBATION CENTER PROJECT" under BANGLADESH HIGH-TECH PARK AUTHORITY, ICT Division.
∎ Job Location : Any where in Bangladesh. (Online & Offline)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze all processes and recommend changes to ensure cost efficiency of all processes and also create student friendly training environment that result in minimum 90% students should be present in each training session.
∎ Provide training to all students & Ensure 80% passing rate in the respected central examination.
∎ Trainees daily attendance, video submission, class lecture to project office and online Platform
∎ Design all training & Course materials for students and documents (e.g., pptx, docx, pdf, etc.) all courses for classroom implementation and coordinate with respected Project office to ensure all project requirements.
∎ Analyze all training requirements and develop appropriate strategies to improve all training strategies in order to ensure minimum 60% of students can achieve relevant job placement in the respected freelancing/IT based job market & Submit to Project office within mentioned date.
∎ Checking and assessing students' work/model test and giving feedback and prepare progress reports for all students as per requirements from Project office.
∎ Initiate survey for all training sessions after course completion in coordination with students.
∎ Selection of top 25/batch and 90% pass in final Exam/batch.
∎ Model Test, Result sheet preparation & on time submission of result sheet to Project Office.
∎ Final List Submission of trainees for final exam/batch -25 within mentioned time.
∎ Continuing class according to given schedule and time.
∎ Submit top 5 Performer CV/batch within mentioned time to Project Office and online platform
∎ Special care for Weak trainees.
∎ KPI Meet as given by project office & Project Consultant.
∎ Ready for both Online & Offline Training.
∎ Closely work with Project office for trainee selection

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Minimum 01 year Practically Freelancing experience in Global Marketplace with Earning prove & Account details.
∎ Having 1-2 year(s) of post secondary teaching experience in Digital Marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
∎ Experience on Domain-Hosting, Website Management, Effective Content Development,
∎ Must have a good portfolio with a Practical experience working in international freelancing market place for IT/ICT outsourcing activities.
∎ Entrepreneurship development and management of IT/ITE services
∎ Ability to provide at least 24 lessons (3hrs/lesson) per week
∎ Ability to motivate others
∎ A patient and friendly approach to teaching
∎ Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing in English and Bengali.
∎ Very good at MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point.
