Position Overview

The Trainee Zonal Manager (TZM) will undergo an intensive development program combining training, field assignments, and on-the-job learning. Upon successful completion, the trainee will be placed in a managerial role within the sales/business operations function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in structured sales, distribution, and market development training

• Assist in managing dealer networks, distributors, and channel partners

• Support zonal sales planning, execution, and performance monitoring

• Conduct market surveys, competitor analysis, and demand forecasting

• Ensure effective product availability, visibility, and brand promotion

• Learn team handling, reporting, compliance, and business ethics

• Achieve assigned targets and KPIs during the training period

• Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams
