Position Overview
The Trainee Zonal Manager (TZM) will undergo an intensive development program combining training, field assignments, and on-the-job learning. Upon successful completion, the trainee will be placed in a managerial role within the sales/business operations function.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in structured sales, distribution, and market development training
Assist in managing dealer networks, distributors, and channel partners
Support zonal sales planning, execution, and performance monitoring
Conduct market surveys, competitor analysis, and demand forecasting
Ensure effective product availability, visibility, and brand promotion
Learn team handling, reporting, compliance, and business ethics
Achieve assigned targets and KPIs during the training period
Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams
