Educational Requirements:
∎ B.sc./BBS degree from any college under National University.
Job Context:
∎ Reza Group an established group of companies in Bangladesh with 30 years of experiences in diversified business activities which includes Manufacturing & Export of Readymade Garments & Woven Fabrics (Weaving, Dyeing, Yarn Dyeing & Printing Industries).
∎ Job Location: Gorat, Ashulia,Savar, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise and coordinate activities of the employees engaged in the operation of sewing machines.
∎ To check whether hourly target is achieved.
∎ Assignment by the management from time to time.
∎ To check sample and layout to advice line leader and operators how to make garment products.
∎ To receive cutting fabrics and make input in sewing line style wise.
∎ To receive the accessories from store by requisition.
∎ To assist line leader operators to overcome any problem.
∎ To report production quantity and maintain register as per format.
∎ Maintains the production floor discipline.
∎ Instructions to the operators to clean machines properly.
∎ Follows the orders given by the Production Manager..
∎ Work with production personnel to establish best practices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ No experience required,
∎ Reporting skill, communication skill
∎ Good Command on English & Computer
Salary:
∎ Starting with 10000/-, Salary will be increased by Tk. 2,000/- after Six months; the total salary will be Tk.14,000/- in one year. After confirmation will be absorbed in company payroll.
