Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support the merchandising team in managing daily operations and order follow-ups.
∎ Assist in communicating with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams for order tracking and updates.
∎ Help prepare order sheets, costing files, T&A plans, and other merchandising documents.
∎ Collaborate with the sampling team to ensure timely development and dispatch of samples.
∎ Participate in tracking raw material procurement and production status.
∎ Maintain proper documentation and update order status regularly.
∎ Assist in monitoring production progress and delivery schedules.
∎ Learn and understand customer requirements, quality standards, and product specifications.
∎ Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure on-time shipment.
∎ Stay updated on market trends and product knowledge to support merchandising decisions.
