Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Food Technology/Chemistry/Mechanical Engineering/Industrial & Production Engineering from any recognized University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take necessary steps to maintain production schedule and arrange production activities accordingly
∎ Collect daily Raw & Packaging materials stock, check and report accordingly
∎ Check daily target, production & finished carton management (FCM) report and take action accordingly
∎ Maintain the mixing process as per SOP
∎ Ensure that FIFO is maintained for RM consumption and finished product delivery
∎ Check AHU (Air Handling Unit) system of packing & cooling area & take corrective action if needed
∎ Check packing material fumigation system regularly
∎ Check daily records & checklists (process checklist, CCP, pre-operation checklist etc.) of soft Cake/ Dry Cake
∎ Prepare monthly production report and report of raw & packing material stock
∎ Check chemical batching, ingredient traceability record and report to Production Manager
∎ Keep the standard quality of products and increase productivity
∎ Take necessary steps to ensure personal hygiene & cleanliness of production people & production area
∎ Ensure effective manpower utilization for smooth operation
∎ Arrange regular training for soft cake & dry cake production people
∎ Check and ensure that all machine are in good operating condition
∎ Liaise closely with Maintenance team to ensure timely maintenance of all equipment
∎ Follow compliance policy of the Company at production floor
∎ Maintain Good Manufacturing Practice & Housekeeping guidelines of the company
∎ Collect timely and & use properly the Raw and Packing Materials to control wastage
∎ Follow depositing process properly

∎ Should have skills on machine operation.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively with a team environment.
∎ Able to work independently and under pressure.
∎ Should be self-driven, result oriented, hard working.
∎ High level of professional integrity.
