∎ B.Sc in Food Engineering/ IPE/ Mechanical Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and organize workflow to meet production schedules
∎ Calculate labor and equipment requirements and production specifications, using standard formulas.
∎ Manage human and material resources to meet production targets
∎ Implement standard operating procedures (SOP) for production operations
∎ Ensure that Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are in place
∎ Monitor the process to keep product quality within Acceptable Quality Limit
∎ Keep wastage within predetermined level
∎ Ensure routine & breakdown maintenance of equipment with the help of Maintenance Department
∎ Enforce housekeeping regulations.
∎ Ensure that protective measures are in place for Occupational Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) of team members.
∎ Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management
∎ Work with managers to implement the company's policies and objectives
∎ Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Capacity to run the project independently.
∎ Should possess excellent networking skills, entrepreneurial oriented, ability to take independent initiatives and implement own ideas.
∎ Willing to work under pressure.
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Result oriented, able to multi-task and work independently in a fast paced environment.
