Job Responsibilities:
∎ Explore small and medium sized businesses for financing
∎ Organize sales call & visits and present company's financial products to potential clients
∎ Achieve individual monthly target of sales and collection
∎ Maintain strong relationship with customers and other stakeholders with high level of integrity
Additional Requirements:
∎ Having proven track record in sales will be an added advantage
∎ High level mobility as majority of the time shall be spent in the market.
∎ Competent in using MS Office applications
∎ Excellent inter personal skills along with proficiency in English & Bangla
∎ Self-motivated, energetic & dynamic personality who can perform assigned task under pressure situation and ability to complete all assignments in a timely and effective manner
∎ Proper understanding of NBFI or banking standards, products and services
