∎ Diploma in Engineering in Computer Science Engineering or Textile Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IT Support Service, Network Engineering, ERP Implementation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the enhancement, monitoring, planning, and ongoing implementation of the company textile base software (Sales & Marketing ,Yarn Dying Production, Weaving Production, Finishing Production /Distribution Management, Inventory management, Procurement And delivery management)
∎ Conduct the training activities and provide support to software users throughout the office and troubleshoot the problems (if any) in the process
∎ Work closely with the software development / implementation company and complete the installation in respective team as advised by in-charge of the company
∎ Identify gaps and improvement opportunities to increase the optimum performance of the target and finish the project with a specific deadline.
∎ Evaluate and recommend changes to current and future software requirements to meet organizational needs.
∎ After ERP module development by software company then checking the quality and confirm to user.
∎ Collect the user requirement and submit to Software Company.
∎ User training and operation showing by physical and remote support.
∎ Optimum performance of the target and finish the project with a specific deadline.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access etc.
∎ Passion for system implementation and user-end support
∎ Able to perform under pressure in a dynamic work environment
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
∎ Should be well-presented, smart ,energetic, delivery skills
