∎ H.S.C / Graduation in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve broiler DOC placement target based on farmer agreement
∎ Educate farmers on brooding & growing, feeding, and bio-security management to ensure optimum farm performance and reduce mortality
∎ Provide vaccination and medication support to the farmers periodically as per requirements
∎ Visit and record the daily activity of farms and report to Branch Manager
∎ Visit new farms to convert potential farmers to grow CBF business
∎ Complete flock book batch closing documents

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1-2 years experience in Contract Farming/NGO/Micro Credit/Animal Health Sales/Feed & Chick Sales.
∎ Candidate must have own motorcycle.

Salary:
∎ Depending upon the qualification, experience and profile of the candidate, remuneration will be competitive.
