Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare daily Invoice for individual dealer.
∎ Have to receive all phone calls of sales department and note down their opinion.
∎ To discuss with Head of Department regarding preparation of invoices.
∎ Leaving the office after finishing daily task.
∎ Need to prepare all kinds of report as per requirement of Senior's.
∎ Must be dedication of work and will be disciplined.
∎ Must maintain good communication with all marketing personnel.
∎ At the end of daily work, check the report with the software.
∎ Monitoring Credit part.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Has to sound knowledge about MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel)
∎ Basic knowledge of Computer.
∎ The incumbent must be honest of his work and don't be swayed by other people's words
∎ Have to be Patience.
∎ Hard worker and Capable to work under pressure.
∎ Record Keeping: 1. Dealer Ledger 2. Daily sales record
∎ Has to sound knowledge about MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel)
∎ Basic knowledge of Computer.
∎ The incumbent must be honest of his work and don't be swayed by other people's words
∎ Have to be Patience.
∎ Hard worker and Capable to work under pressure.
